The Keirsey Temperament Sorter--This personality inventory organizes your answers to approximately 60 questions into four personality types. More information is given about temperament, and gives the personality types of famous people. Very interesting site.

ASVAB Career Exploration Program This site has a lot on information on careers and planning tools. If you have take the ASVAB, you got a code that will allow you to use your scores in the process. Haven't taken the ASVAB? No worries, you can still get tons of information.
Job Hunters Bible - From the author of "What Color is my Parachute", Dick Bolles, this site is designed as a supplement to his book. Lots of very practical information here!

The SCA provides expense-paid internships for college kids to work in US Forests, National Parks and Wildlife Refuges on conservation projects. It provides 15 - 19 year olds with volunteer opportunities.
